Kafka’s song in trapped minor

Everything we see is not what we

should be

just smoke and mirrors for the

to keep us in classes

and make sure the books are cooked

in favor of the few

you see the script’s been twisted

flipped so far upside down we can’t see the forest for the trees

can’t tell our fingers from our knees

lies told so many times they become true

to the me’s & you’s who don’t want to think because it takes too long . . .

we know the world is  wrong

but still we sing the same old song

playin’ over and over again

dancing to our graves in a mass haze

of confusion and misdirection so what we think is protection

is just another way to control to make us do what we are told

A great man with a large clock around his neck once said:

“Don’t believe the hype, Yeah Boyeeeeeee.”

You see he had it right

Don’t believe everything you see on tv/pictures and words manipulated for your evening news /tailor made to confuse/ to make you think you have to take a drink of that special Red White & Blue Cool Aid Brew . . .

But the flag was made by slaves/the flag was made by slaves . . .

Now what was my point?

Oh yeah, to quote another cool cat: “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world/but be transformed by the renewing of your mind . . .”/

Do not conform/but b transformed

b trans

formed . . .
